How to Log in to AYSOU eTrain

• Log in to this site
  
• Go to My Account via the button at the top of the page
• Click on the Volunteer Tab in your account
• Under your profile picture, click on the AYSOU button link
• You will be automatically logged in to the AYSOU eTrain system

Online Training Courses

Registering for In-Person Courses

To sign up for in-person training courses, click on Training Event on the left menu instead.  This will bring up a calendar.  Search for events by distance to your zip code.  REMOVE THE FILTER FOR REGION 735: You can take any AYSO training course that meets your needs - you do not have take ones in Evanston or the ones listed for our region. 

Click on a class to view the full info and enroll (need to click on the enroll button and complete sign-up).  Some courses require an online component of the course to be completed before enrolling for the in-person component.  You must enroll in the course online for the instructor to be able to give you credit once you complete it.

In person coach course options in August 2024 include:

• 8/10 (Saturday): 12U, 9am-1:30pm, in Chicago
• 8/12 (Monday): 10U, 5:30-8:30pm, in Chicago
• 8/13 (Tuesday): 8U, 6-8pm, in Chicago - note that the 8U coach course can alternatively be completed entirely online
• 8/17 (Saturday): 8U, 3-5pm, James Park/Levy Center - note that the 8U coach course can alternatively be completed entirely online
• 8/17 (Saturday): 10U, 3-6pm, James Park/Levy Center 
• 8/18 (Sunday): 12U, 9am-1:30pm, James Park/Levy Center
• 8/18 (Sunday): 14U, 9am-4pm, James Park/Levy Center: 12U coach certification is a prerequisite; this level of certification requires preparing a training session ahead of time; Online Part 1 course must be completed first.
• 8/27 (Tuesday): 10U, starts at 6pm, James Park/Levy Center
• 8/28 (Wednesday): 10U, 6-8pm, in Chicago; completion of Online Course REQUIRED before attending
• 8/29 (Thursday): 12U, starts at 6pm, James Park/Levy Center

Please check the online calendar for the Referee courses.  There is one at least the weekend of August 17/18.

Remember!  There is often an online course that must be completed ahead of the in-person session.  You must be enrolled in the course in AYSOU and complete all of the components to get credit.
