Setup Your Team
Install the app and import your team using the instructions/links above. You do NOT need to manually create your team.
Add Practices
From the Schedule page/tab for your team, click on the + button to add a new event. Choose Practice as the Event type (it defaults to Game), and set the details. There is an option to make an event recurring, so you don't have to set up each practice individually.
Send Messages
On your team page, there is a Message Team button at the top, and also in the menu at the bottom. You can message parents in the app, or have it send an email. Please make sure all of your team families are set up in the app if you will only be sending an important message through the app.
Team Members
Your team members (staff and players) is set through SportsConnect (this website). You should not need to manage or add players through GameChanger. If there's an issue with your team members, you can manually invite additional emails to your team.
Sync Your Schedule
REMEMBER: your official team schedule is listed on your Team Page on this website. Be sure to review your Team Page schedule with your app schedule to ensure families have an accurate schedule, and remind families to review the Team Page for the official schedule.
To sync your schedules, complete the following 5-step process:
1. open the app and select your team
2. click the "gear" icon in the top right corner
3. select Schedule Sync from the available menu
4. choose Re-Import Team Schedule listed under Sports Connect
5. touch the Confirm & Re-Import button
The process may take a few minutes to repeat, and should push these changes to parent or fan accounts associated with your team. Syncing your schedule will remove any manual changes you already made to those event.
